Management Development Program (MDP)

MDP is designed to prepare high potential candidates to become future leader
Qualification :

1. Male/Female, single maximum 25 years old
2. Min Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
3. Should be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
4. Have experience min. 2 years (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
5. Dynamic, creative, fast learner, and highly motivated with excellent service attitudes
6. Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
7. Good Appearance, good communication, strong leadership, and innovative problem-solver
