BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORS

Job Responsibilties:

• Responsible for developing, maintaining and deepening relationships with distributors/partners and high net worth individuals in the region
• Identify opportunities to promote and market products and services proactively to the target segments
• Support and advise Wealth Planners, Private Bankers and High Net Worth Individuals in insurance based wealth planning
• Execute training and joint marketing activities with our business partners

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or any related discipline is a must
• Good understanding of the banking or insurance industry in an international context
• An open-minded individual with a high level of integrity and good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Mandarin and other languages
• Senior person with at least 8 years of working experience in the financial services/insurance industry
